SMS Terms of Service

Kavod Fitness Messaging Program

By opting in to receive text messages from Kavod Fitness, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Kavod Fitness sends text messages to individuals who have submitted a contact form on our website, on a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, or who have provided their phone number to us in person or by phone. Messages may include responses to inquiries, scheduling and confirming consultations or training sessions, appointment reminders, follow-ups regarding your fitness goals, and occasional updates about our services and programs. Message frequency varies based on your level of engagement with us.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any message we send you. After you send “STOP” to us, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending you messages.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or you can contact us directly at support@kavodfitness.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

6. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (such as scheduling, payment, or customer support) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
